hi, looking to take 3 wires and put into a single ring terminal for a ground on a bank of coils. CMAs for the three 16 awg wires seems pretty straightforward per your wire sizing sheet but is there something that covers like what the CMAs are for various ring sizes?

I would just compare to the CMA of the largest wire supported by the ring terminal.

There should be something like this - https://www.te.com/usa-en/plp/ring-terminals-and-spade-terminals/Y30dj.html - on your terminal's manufacturer's web site.

You should be able to match the ring hole diameter to the CMA, possibly using a cable rather than wire type. It shouldn't be a problem with what you're doing, but it's generally a good idea to check the current rating of the terminal, just in case it becomes the "fusable link".

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
