Hi,

Im building a complete new power wiring for the car and also moving battery to the trunk.

Should i ground the battery to chassis only at the trunk or should i connect to plenum/block as well ? (dashed blue line in my diagram)

Thanks,

Paulo

Ground the battery to the chassis close to the battery location. In the engine bay make sure you have a good, short grounding cable from the block to the chassis.

Yes, i did that, but I need to know if I should also have a cable from battery (-) to engine block as well

As long as the vehicle chassis is metal you will not need an additional battery to engine block cable.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
