How to determinate the part power supply?

Hi, mi name is Victor and im new here, i was seeing the course and want to kwno how to determinate the power supply of a part without manual, can i determinate by the resistance? or need to check with the old harness the amount of power with a multimeter?

Checking the existing harness (or factory wiring diagnostic information found in the factory workshop manual) is the best way.
