Hei i have Yamaha R6 2006-2007 year, i have software change in my ECU that activates Blipper, engine warmup, Quickshifter and Launch control through EXUP (exhaust servo) connector, first i bought a adapter for this connector that activates this function, adapter has 5V input and commom ground then it sends out signal to third cable either 1.6V when i quickshift or 3.3V signal when i downshift so engine would blip the throttle. But when i only have ignition on everything works while measuring signal so 3.3V when blip and 1.6V when quickahift, but when i start the engine it burn the adapter. I made my own replicated adapter from scratch and exactly same thing happened and it always burns sot23 mosfet. On my replicated version i used P channel mosfet. I am in dead end because i don't understand why it burns already second time. Can it be there is some small AC pwm current?
