Does anyone have any experience with the HKS RB26 Crank Sensor kit (HKS 45999-AN001)? The crank sensor used is PN Denso 8976069430. Can't find any spec sheets on the specific sensor, but the HKS manual states it's a 12V supply. My main question is will this sensor operate properly with the Sensor 6.3V supply with the MoTec M150. Appreciate any help.

I can't comment on this particular sensor but is there a particular reason you aren't using 12v supply as suggested by HKS?

The supply voltage in a hall effect sensor is separated from the output signal, it's required to energise the internal circuitry.

This sensor must have been designed to work with 12v nominal supply if that's what is suggested by HKS.

No, im fine with using a 12v, would just '"technically" be easier to supply it with 6.3v being that there's no batt + at the m150 D connector. Unless someone specifically states it will operate on that 6.3v, I will just be using 12v.
