Rotary Switches / Trim Switches

Hi everybody!

I have two trim switches in my hands right now that I'm going to use in a particular project and I'm wondering how to assembly one.

I've been searching for some days about it and I noticed that almost everyone uses the Grayhill ones. What I want to know is:

Which part numbers I should look for?

How do you guys assembly yours?
