Videos won't play

When I bring up the module and go to the video I want to watch it brings up the video but when I hit the play button it does nothing

They do for me.

First thing may be to do a quick search of the forums, as this has been raised several times before and you may find a solution there.

Failing, or in parallel, to that, if you post the device(s) you're trying to use, the player/app', the OS, etc, it would help narrow down your issue - the vid's are informative and cover points you may have forgotten or been unaware of, so if we can get you sorted, all good.
