So what all thinks will i need to building the Engine

Uh, that is an impossible question to answer.

It will depend on what you are using the engine for, what your basic skill levels are, what you want to do for yourself rather than have someone else do the work and you just want to check things, etc.

To a lesser extent, it will also depend on the engine in question - some need only a fairly basic tool set, others require specialty tools, especially if being modified.
