Is there a recommended brand for AN fittings and hoses? I know Earl's and XRP tend to be the top brands but are Fragola and Racetronix just as good? Looking to replumb my fuel lines with PTFE Stainless and add an oil cooler and oil filter relocation kit. For dry break connections which is the best brand for the money (using this for oil cooler so I can drain and fill it easier during oil changes)? Thanks
I will share from experience, it is important not to mix brands. There may be a difference in diameters that results in a leak. I learned this the hard way. Price may not be the true indicator of quality, however, it is a good pointer.

Ended up going with Earl's Speed Flex hose and Aluminum Speed Seal fittings for the fuel lines as the Ultra-pro is hard to come by in smaller sizes right now. For the return lines, I bought stainless steel 1/4" Swagelok compression to AN-4 fittings. It is my understanding that the fittings need an anti-galling compound for the threads. Is there a recommended brand/composition of compound?
