I overthink things a lot and need help checking my work/understanding

I have EJ25 bolted together with OEM bolts/torque. No heads/torque plates atm.

I measured crankshaft main journals. The micrometer was was off by +.0003" and I couldn't find tool to adjust, so I just noted it in my measures.

Taking into account the zero for bore gauge was 2.3621, My actual journal OD compared to my Bearing ID is as follow

""

So it looks like middle of block is loose?

I measured bearing thickness with ball micrometer and they are all consistent and same thickness, which means I can't really move around halves to make it up... which sucks.

Factory (STD) tolerance is .0004 to .0012 with a MAX of .0016, so these are all looser tolerance.

What is more important now?

Do I tighten up the tolerance so they are closer together?

Do I add more torque to case bolts?

Do I run thicker oil? (I wouldn't think this is the answer, I wasnt really going for more oil clearance per say, and I think that would make it more likely to squeeze out of the tighter tolerance?)

or

Am I JUST simply overthinking it again...?
