in the hondata kpro when the knock count is 6 and is below threshold anything is wrong or its suppose to be zero? how knock control work

The Honda knock control is similar to many OE ECUs where it essentially takes a raw noise input that's filtered at the frequency knock occurs at and then compares that to a threshold vs rpm (since the engine noise signal increases with rpm). Basically if the noise level is below the threshold the ECU considers the engine isn't knocking. As usual, I suggest verifying the knock detection with audio knock detection equipment.
