why we want the ignition spark or event later in the forced induction engine than the normal ??

For two reasons: one - the flame front (combustion process) is quicker with more cylinder density, so it takes less time to reach peak pressure. Two - we don't want the mixture to detonate which is more likely with higher cylinder pressures, which could happen before TDC if we have the timing too advanced.
