Legal aspects of dyno tuning?

Hello everyone! I am thinkig of legal aspects when you tune not new or highly modified engine. There is always potential risk of engine damage on dyno even if tuner does everything right. So, i wnat to ask you: do you use any specific document which warns owner of potential risk of engine damage while dyno session?
