How can I get poops and bangs stage one tune , which software should I use and can I use car prog obd chip to connect to the software?

You'r going to need to give more information on the vehicle - make, model, year, engine, etc; ECU; whether it's a "2 step", anti-lag, or just on the over-run - and any other information that may be useful.

For the most part, it's stupid, childish, and potentially harmful to the vehicle - but it's your call.
