I have a bmw e36 s50b30 the spec is

SCS DELTA 800

8.5:1 forged rods and piston, balanced with crank and flywheel.

284 cams

PPF stainless valves and valve springs, supposedly good for 10,000Rpm

Precision 6766 turbo 0.84 turbine housing. on a twinscroll twin gate manifold and 3.5" system.

6X EGT sensors

PLX Wideband

Intake manifold is a wrc/lemans/zurawski equal flow plenum.#

875cc injectors, twin 450lph pumps

The car is running and driving on a N/A Base map supplied by DELTA SCS ecus

Next job onto checking ignition timing is as ECU requests and following the HPA 10 step tuning procedure.

Has anyone any experience with using the Delta scs 800 ECU?

HOME | scs-delta (scs-delta.co.uk)

Using this SXTune software.

The ecu was calibrated for 260cc injectors 19.9ms opening time i have fitted 875cc so 875/260 = 3.365 so changed the time to 5.91ms (19.9/3.365)

The car starts but is so rich it fowls the plugs and I cant get it to run long enough to adjust the fueling to the correct AFR while running.

Hi Peter can you not take a percentage out of the tune before starting?

Regards Ross

Hi Peter,

I replied to your post in the general tuning section:

Post in general tuning

There are 2 areas in that ECU for making adjustments for injectors

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
