Gear ratio setup

I’ve tried inputting my gear ratios, tire size etc in the m1 for gear selection and it is not working for me.A little confused on the “gear ratio estimate” and gear ratio actual tables as well. Could anyone walk me through this or make a detailed video for me on this?I have the pro drag firmware.

Hi Josh, As this is a M1 Partner Package that has had the Gear Module modified from the standard MoTeC GP Packages, you will have to speak directly to Chris at ProSpeed Autosports for any technical support.

In the standard GP Packages, Gear Ratio Estimate is calculated by the M1 based on the Gear Input Shaft Speed and the Gear Output Shaft Speed, these speeds require that the Gear Ratio Overall, Gear Output Ratio and Wheel Speeds are reporting correctly to work. The generated value is used to calculate the target engine speed for the Gear Shift system. There is more information in the M1 Help about this.
