No ignition on spark plag

im having issue coil having 12v but pulse is showing ground but when i pull the c3 pin and use test light spark plag start doing spark any help would be appricated.

im using m150 on my fd2 type R jdm custom firm ware package.

Did you update to system .0052 yesterday? There was a bug introduced with that system file that disabled the ignition system, this has now been fixed in system 0053 that is available now.
