Can someone please confirm what the type of suspension setup is present on the rear axle of an Evo cp9a.

I would describe it as a multi-link.

Normally, for a double wishbone, at the hub there is a single top pivot point, a single bottom pivot point and a toe link. Three main points, in total.

From the exploded suspension illustrations, see link below, there are two lower mounting points making a total of four on the hub.
