i have 3rz-fe engine Hilux 2004 , iam from Saudi arabia , how i get values of Lambda Target? for tuning i gnition table and fuel table ?

how i get this values of my engine ?

and the timing light of engine triggers is important ?

my engine is N/a ,

only Filter and Headers , and Throttle infinity 3,5 inch
