It is ok to route the sensor wiring with the main engine harness it’ll run on its on but along the same path way?? I couldn’t really find anything on this. If not it’s ok as I can route it down along subframe but will just need to make up an extension harness

That is perfectly fine. I typically put wideband(s) wiring into my main engine harnesses.

Keep in mind though that the heater is a PWM signal, but anything this affects like position or knock sensors should be shielded anyway.
