When I try to define the lines by dimensioning them I can do the larger diameter, but the smaller diameter around the bolt hole doesn't become defined when I dimension it - 10.38 on the video.

If I then try to constrain those smaller diameter "ears" around the bolt holes, they remain undefined.

Any ideas?

Hard to know for sure without seeing an image, but try the "concentric" constraint between the smaller circles and the outer edges around them

Thanks again for the swift reply Connor. I tried again as per the tutorial, but always ended up with either the outer diameter or the "ear" undefined. Using the "Concentric contraint" as you suggested resolved it and I managed to conclude the chapter. I do wonder what I'm doing differently to have this result though.

Thanks again, James.

Hi James,

I wouldn't stress too much about this, sometimes the order you do click things can have an impact, and sometimes fusion just does what it wants.

What's best is to just understand what's missing and how you need to constrain things to define the sketch.

Cheers, Connor
