Does anyone have some ideas about a tidy manner to boot and/or sheath the wiring coming out of a LS engine PCM connectors?
Unfortunately it's going to be all but impossible to properly boot the factory PCM connectors. The best you're going to be able to do is begin sheathing and sealing your harness beyond the connector itself. This is an issue with many OE connectors in so much as they don't easily lend themselves to professional harness construction techniques.
I think that would be a perfect application for a 3D printed cover, that could be removed to remove the connector.
