Just wondering what time constants people are using for circuit cars? 30s, 60s? whatever the lap time happens to be?

I'm going to be setting up my coolant pump map to use engine load average with the aim to bias the pump running flat out even on the cool down lap/ before going into the pits.

I've had a bit of a look as well and don't think it's (easily) possible, but is there a way to have some oil temp compensation as well (running a water to oil cooler on the block). This way on cold morning I could help the oil get up to temp quicker by allowing the cooling system to run hotter, and also force the pump to ignore the coolant temp if the oil gets over 120*C.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
