Discussion and questions related to the course MoTeC M1 Software Tutorial
I was watching the idle control portion of the M1 tuning course and it looks like the way Motec is handling idle on the Huracan and GTR has changed pretty dramatically. Idle Mass Feed Forward has been replaced with torque ideal correction internal loss and I want to better understand this new table and the best way to approach tweaking it if possible.
Only a few of the M1 firmware packages are torque based, the GTR was the first, I didn't realize that the Huracan was also torque based..
Yup the driveability on the street with the new torque based pedal and overrun strategy is much better. Being able to tune the pedal sensitivity with different maps is awesome too.
