motec m1 tune logged data missing source package

when i retrieve my logged data in the process of converting i get this

Preparing data ...

Processing ...

Ignoring logged data (missing the source Package)

and when i try to open it in i2 no data shows

what should i do ?

Did you connect to the ECU to receive the source package before downloading the data. Use M1 Tune for Online->Retrieve Logged Data...

You may be able to recover from this by getting the package from the ECU, then using File->Convert Logged Data Image(s)...

Have you contacted your MoTeC dealer for support?

yes i was connected to the ecu and tried converting without being connected and i have not contacted motec dealers non in my country

any other ideas what is causing this issue?

What Package are you running and is there security enabled on the M1? This error normally occurs when the security user that is logged in doesn't have the rights to download the logging from the M1.
