I currently have my engine running with and ITB setup from Godzilla Raceworks and it uses the MegaSquirt 2 ECU. Because I have ITB's on the engine my Control Algorithm is set to Alpha-N. However under general settings my Primary Fuel Load is set to Alpha-N, but then my Primary Ignition Load is set to Speed Density. Should the Ignition also use Alpha-N? Also the AFR Table Load and EAE Table Load are set to MAP. In the training for MegaSquirt 3, it was suggested to have these set to Use Primary Load(Algorithm). Currently the engine is running fine and I am still working through the tune, but was curious about these settings.
