Hello everyone,

i have a S13 with a SR20. I try to setup the ECU on my own but i have a problem. The Fuel Pump is running permanently. Main Relay isnt Inverted. Is it the problem. I couldnt solve it on my own and now the battery is dead.

And i have 740cc Deatchwerks Injectors. Does anyone have data fot that?

First off - always put your car on a battery charger while configuring the ECU. You really want to have a fully charged battery when it's time to crank it over.

What are the values shown in the Outputs->Fuel Pump window? Have you tried the "Invert Output" option? What Output have you selected? Does this match your wiring?

i didnt try to Invert the Output. I double checked the wiring and it matches the output i selected.

How can i post the configuration of the ECU?

If you read the help for the Output Fuel Pump window. It shows a slightly confusing drawing of the fuel pump relay. Note your output wire needs to go to terminal 85 of the relay, and terminal 86 should be connected to 12V power (normally ignition switched power, so when the ignition is off the fuel pump won't run). Terminal 87 of the relay should go to the fuel pump only (be sure you are not using 87a as that is inverted). Terminal 30 would be be the main power supply to the relay. The Invert Output is used to test the fuel pump according to the help.

To upload your project configuration:

In the Ecumaster EMU Black application, use "File->Save Project..." Then when logged into the HP Academy Forum, look below the text entry box, and use the 'Choose File' button to select and upload the .emub project file that you saved.

The fuelpump was already wired. I had the oem ecu and only switched to emu black. Someone said that i need to invert the main relay. But maybe there is another problem i didnt see
