You told in this tutorial is ignition timing is between12 to 15 is this number for all engines because I have a jetski i want to tune it?

Are you meaning the comment of 12-15 degrees before maximum cylinder pressure, not to be confused with before top dead centre that ignition timing is usually displayed as?
