This table has a fixed number that we can't change, I have turbo engine that I need to get to 200kpa and 7800rpm but the table only has 150kpa and 7000rpm. The question is how I want to tune the values that isn't included in the table
In my experience your charge temp approximation will be either at zero or at least completely flat well before you get to that rpm or boost.
Yeah I understand but the problem that we can't tune values after 150 kpa .what we should do over 150 kpa
Above 150kPa it will use whatever is in the 150kPa row. What value do you have at 150kPa?, and what makes you think the bias between air and coolant temp is changing above that? As I said there is usually almost no coolant bias by that point.
If you really think you need to change the bias above 150kPa, the turn on the IAT trim table and set up the axis however you like.
