Hi, in the fuel connection at 12.50 minutes of the video the correction factor is 0.96. How does it end up at 105.6? Using the multiplication key. Which operation

should you do it?

does the ecu motec do it automatically?

thanks again too

Hi Giovanni,

The correction factor is used to correct the AFR from current AFR to desired/target.

In the video the current Lambda is .79 and the target is .82. Using the equation 79/82 = 0.96

This means the value in this zone of the fuel table needs to be multiplied by 0.96 to reach target.

The value at 3500rpm and 140kpa is 110 this is then multiplied by 0.96 110 *0.96 = 105.6

It might be a little hard to see in the video. But what Andre does is select the (110) cell then type 0.96 followed by the * symbol. You don't see the * symbol pop up, as the Motec has already applied the multiplier.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
